Gloria Ventura’s Finca El Rincon is our only single-farmer coffee, showcasing the exceptional work of Gloria, who owns and operates her 4-acre farm in La Tejera, Santa Elena, Honduras, at 1560 masl. Over the past six years, she has partnered with Catracha Coffee to improve her farm's health through sustainable practices like organic composting and natural fungicides. Her farm, which includes various shade and fruit trees, provides the perfect environment for growing high-quality coffee.

Processed with care at Gloria’s own micro-mill, her coffee undergoes a honey process, fermenting cherries with a kombucha scoby for 20 hours before drying on raised beds. The result is a coffee with clean acidity, a fruit-forward flavor, and minimal water usage. As our only single-farmer coffee, Gloria’s dedication extends beyond coffee production, contributing to community projects that support art, gardening, and reforestation, enriching the lives of those in her region.
